Lightroom Portrait Editing (part 3) – Healing & Graduated Filter

Overview

You will learn how to use the adjustment brush for portraits in Adobe Lightroom CC

STEPS:

  1. Go to Develop Module
  2. To remove skin blemish, select Clone & Healing Tool on the toolbar (second from the left) and just click or paint over the blemish. You can also move the cloning/healing source around if Lightroom didn’t do a good job at automatically picking a healing/cloning source.
  3. Graduated Filter is like the Adjustment Brush, except it affects a large area of the image. To use it, just select the tool (fourth from the left) and click and drag on the area you want to affect.
  4. Then, you can adjust the effect by moving the sliders around or using the presets.
